House Rules

1. Maximum of 10 people at the house at one time due to our sensitive septic system. 

2. Absolutely no smoking in the house. We discourage smoking of any kind due to the possibility of fires, especially in fire season. But if you must, there is a grey ashtrays on the deck outside the front door. Please look for it. 

3. No open fires in or around the property. 

4. No pets or shoes in the house. 

5. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. Hot tub will automatically lower its temperature at 10pm.

Terms and Conditions

• A damage deposit is required for all stays.  Guests' may be responsible and liable to Owner for damages in excess of the damage deposit for any damage or loss caused by Guests.  
• Guests shall use the hot tub at their own risk.  Guest shall not permit use of hot tub by unsupervised children or other invitees.  When not in use, keep hot tub cover on.  
• Under no circumstances are illegal drugs allowed on the premises.
• Guests are required to perform check out chores before leaving the cabin
• Guest shall not sublet premises.  The guest shall occupy and use the premises as a vacation rental only and not use the premises for any business, unlawful or hazardous purpose. 
•  Owner is not liable for any damages and/or injury to Guest or their personal property due to Guests' acts, actions or neglect.  Guest agrees to hold Owner harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Guests' act or neglect or their guests act or neglect. 
• Owner is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during Guests' stay on premises and no refunds will be made.  
• Guest acknowledges and agree that they are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests and their children with respect to the pool, the deck areas, and the premises. Guest acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless from any injuries to them or their guests. It is understood that there is no lifeguard and that supervision is their responsibility.
