Eagle View Retreat is approximately 3 hours away from the bay area by car.    The last 20 minutes of the drive is up meandering mountain roads to the top of the ridge line.  

Amenities include Wi-Fi,  fully equipped kitchens, three 55 inch smart TVs, hot tub, Weber grill, outdoor dining, telescope, yoga mats, board games, toys for toddlers, high chair and boosters, baby bath, linens, towels, and more. 

We have a very delicate septic system.  There can only be 10 people in the house at any one time.  

Unfortunately no.  If there is a last minute emergency, we may be able to accomodate with an extra pet deposit and pet fee.  

Our rates are the same as the rates  posted on Airbnb.  However, we do not charge the Airbnb service fee of 14%.  The occupancy tax is always 12% in Tuoloumne County.  

We are at an altitude of approximately 4100 feet.  So, in the winter we do get snow and ice.  We HIGHLY  recommend 4WD during the winter months.  If you do not have 4WD, chains are a must.  

In a typical year, we start getting snow in mid to late December and the snow stops by March.  Our altitude is approximately 4100 feet, a bit higher than the town of Twain Harte. 

If you are coming up to the cabin from the Bay Area, you'll pass through Sonora where there is a Safeway, approximately 20 minutes from the cabin.  If you are already at the house, Twain Harte is a bit closer, approximately 17 minute drive.
